330. Monsters Like Ultra-Specific Legal Line Items

I, Wilfred Peabody Nobel, being of sound mind and body, do hereby bequeath my estate, including all land, business holdings, and stolen NAZI art, to my nephew and sole heir, Mr. George. A. R. Nobel, on the condition that he meets the following criteria:

1. Be himself of sound mind and body at the time of the inheritance.
2. Be of legal age to accept control of the business holdings herein. If he be not yet of legal age, I appoint my butler, Jeeves, as the trustee of the state.
3. Survive Spend the night at the haunted Hill House that no one upon entering has successfully escaped since the “incident” of 1935.

I have signed this will this 14th day of June, 1978.
