It’s that time again.
More awesome than name-brand ketchup! More entertaining than Mardi Gras in Des Moines! More exciting than cats! (Suck it, cats.)
Intergalactic Hug A Monster Day returns – as it does every year – on July 27. And this year, Stuff Monsters Like will continue to celebrate this historic and meaningful tradition. Hug A Monster Day is a day to show appreciation to all the monsters in our lives.
You, too, can celebrate by taking your favorite monster (toy) with you to work, school, or play. Show it off. Amaze your friends. Baffle your boss. Frighten your psychiatrist. Hugging your favorite mutant may be the best feeling you have all day.
The Head Monsters at SML are still hungover from last year’s party. We blame ourselves. We should have known better than to let Spooky mix the witches’ brew. So, we’ll be celebrating from the cool, dark comfort of our deepest dungeon. But expect a few selfies. They’re inevitable.

Steal your neighbor’s urban chickens to feed to your pet chupacabra?
